Currently Internet Explorer 11 (or earlier) is the only fully supported browser by this site. Therefore, it is highly recommended for all users to install and use Internet Explorer 11 (or earlier) when using this site.

PGW Auto Glass support is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday-Friday via a Central Help Desk. Simply call 800-436-0591 and select Option #1. Our Help Desk Analysts will be happy to assist you.

Odds are your login id has been locked out. If you type your password on entry incorrectly 5 times, your login id will be locked. You should then contact the PGW Auto Glass Help Desk at 800-436-0591 Option #1. You will be asked to answer 3 of the 5 security questions you completed when initially signed on.

All orders generated online are received in the same amount of time as when you would call the PGW Auto Glass Nation Call Center to place an order.

You can make changes to an order provided it has not shipped yet. By using the Cancel shipper button within Order Activity you can cancel any part or the entire order. No additions can be made once an order is generated. A new order would need to be written

Select the Order Activity tab at the top of the page. Select the Order History button. You can search for your order detail by part number, PO Number or date ranges. History is retained for the last 12 months but only 100 records can be displayed at a time. If you get a message saying too many records to display, narrow down your search criteria.

You can change the delivery options BEFORE parts are placed in the shopping cart by using the Delivery Method tab from any page. Once revised, all parts placed in the shopping cart will reflect the new delivery option. To change the delivery options on items already in the shopping cart, use the UPDATE DELIVERY button within the shopping cart.

When changing the delivery method, you must ALWAYS select the SUBMIT button. It will keep returning you to that screen until you do.
