Welcome to the PGW Auto Glass Sales Tax Exemption Certificate online self-service portal, you will need your PGW account number (AR #) to initiate the process.

If you Do Not have a PGW account number and not yet a PGW customer, please reach out to our customer service team at 878-208-4001 who can help with the application process.

** For the “Best” chance of receiving an Approval for your Certificate, please select "Create" and complete the online questionnaire designated for your State, this option encourages you to complete the Certificate accurately and allow you to Preview your information.

Once your tax exemption certificate has been submitted, within 1 business day you will receive an email notification from our Vertex Certificate Center to inform you of the results, as either: Approved or Rejected.

Please Note: Sales Tax Exemption Certificate rules vary by State. To help facilitate this process effectively, some examples of Unacceptable documents are:

• Unacceptable: W9, State Registration, State Tax or Business License, and any sort of State Tax/Federal Gvt. letters, (these documents are Not a substitution for tax exemption certificates and if uploaded without a fully completed Certificate will result in a “Rejection”).
• If your business is located in the following States: Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Washington, these few States supply a prepared Sales Tax Exemption Permit/Resale Certificate and may be uploaded but still subject to the Approval process.
